After being called from this collection agency whom threated violence to me and my husband, I called the person whom initated this collection and asked what the problem was. Mr Fisher threatened my family, home, and my credit report! He blurted out our social security numbers all throughout his office and made these threats there too! It has been awhile since I spoke with him and I had to call him back today (10-17-07) at first he was polite, until I told him the person initiating the collection was on the other line and I will call him back... On the call back, I explained we (the person initating the collection) might resolve the problem due to a missing payment... AND HE FREAKED!!! He then told me that his company put the collection on my credit and his company must remove it... As he said which will never happen even if the missing payment is found! I dont see how people can operate a business like this. I am starting with usacomplaints.com but I am also considering speaking with an attorney about the threats and my private information that was screamed out to everyone in the office! Can people really treat people like this? If so what is America coming to?
