I purchased a fridge from Kmart/Sears (once they combined). I put a telephone order to buy an ice-maker just because a sales affiliate within the shop explained it'd be quicker, INCORRECT! While putting my purchase the significantly child about the telephone did not actually understand what an icemaker was. I'd to describe it to him. I thought he was understood, and so I thought poor and extended with my purchase. Subsequently, he explained there is no icemaker for my type of frig. I told him I'd named once before to check on the buying price of it plus they had discovered it. Then he double-checked and stated that there is one also it was a common kind of icemaker for that make of frig. I'd bought. I had been leary since I never heard about a common one-but I extended to put the purchase. Lastly, the finish of the phone call was to gather my charge card info as well as for shipping; projected period of delivery 3-4 times. The next evening folded around with no icemaker, and so I named and requested where it had been. Another repetition. About the telephone obviously, explained my tackle was not actually outlined on my purchase.
