I purchased a scooter in May. The scooter includes a damaged component after I received it. I named plus they explained do not deliver it back and they'll deliver me an upgraded component very quickly. It's been 4 weeks today and that I haven't gotten something. They do not react to me anymore. I also required the Initial of Produce Certification to join up my scooter however they haven't deliver in my experience both.
DoN't get something out of this organization should you choosenot to cope with poor support or reduce your cash.
