Like the other reports here, I experienced the same lack of response or nonsense response. I'm currently receiving the ridiculous emails telling me I must do something on their website. I can see it going nowhere. I see now that they have an unsatisfactory history with the Better Business Bureau. They do not respond to complaints but I encourage all of you to file a complaint with the California BBB. I do not consider the charge to be valid so I will also be calling my credit card company. I intend to keep on this until something happens. Stay tuned for update.
