Executive Recruiters is a job placement service. While they do NOT promise to find the client a job, they do commit to working on the client's behalf and to communicating with the client.
Few of the job postings they have e-mailed me match my qualifications. Many of them come from the local newspaper or Monster.com, in spite of the fact that Executive Recruiters touts their special relationship with companies not available to the public. My requests for an update from Brian Kennedy, MY recruiter, went unanswered for 45 days until I contacted him via certified letter requesting a refund. He e-mailed a denial.
In checking with the Better Business Bureau website, this man has a history of such fraud in the St. Louis area using more than one company name dating back to 1994.
