Emerald Card Services enticed me into buying their services based on their promise there would be no contract and that I would be able to stop service at any time.
I, like Rich from San Diego was signed up with false statements and false written documents.
I too have stopped payment on this service but have been left with damaged credit as well. I would like nothing more then to see this company shut down.
