I ordered a recumbent bike from Gately's Home Fitness Store on August 26 and have yet to receive any indication of a shipment number. After dozens of emails and repeated phone calls/messages for a month, I DID NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE RETURN CALL and only two e-mails with zip, zero, nada information about my order and neither e-mails were personalized with a name and/or phone number of a representative. I can only assume that Gately's Customer Service has no intention of responding. Tomorrow I will go to my bank and attempt to obtain a return of my funds.
