Called ask if they could help me with Grants, asked me for 299.95 and that was in June I submited the paper work they got on 7/13-07 When I call I get different answers

I was called on the phone, asked if they could help me with a grant. I would need to send in $299.95 then they would send me the packet. I did I got the packet sent it back on 7-13-07 I have called get many different stories, still nothing on the grant/or grants.
