Limewire.com charged me for limewire then did not deliver anything I have sent four emails but thay will not awnser any thay are a scam in my opinion keep clear of them

I am a member frostwire. When I go into frostwire a message flashs to update. When I updateded then the trouble started. I get limewire thay charge me $49 dollers to update. Then nothing after four emails. Thay choose to ignore me. I can only conclued thay are a scam and a ripoff
