I paid $10,000 dollars maybe a little more for a patent got a letter from a lawyer, a book a buch of papers and nothing happened. Now i go into a store and see my invention and the same name i had for on sale in the store is there anything i can do, why do all that and have someone steal my idea is ther anything i can do
