I sent the following email to this company but they have refused to refund my money.

Your download page does not work in either IE7 or Firefox 2.0! Your pages keep jumping out of frames and locks up my pc and gives multiple errors that I have to reboot to fix.
AS I can't use it please refund my $19.95.
Then they offered me a $20.00 credit for software that I did not want.

Sorry for not getting your e-mail sooner but it was sent into my bulk folder. How is the program not working though? Did you install it correctly? At this time though, I cannot give you a refund as I know the program works fully as I personally use it and it has been sold multiple times before with no complaints.
