Get a written estimate before you sign the contract when dealing with this company. The price might be much more thn you thought!
Never believe what they tell you, they will try to get more money out of you in anyway they can, and they might work together with subcontractors to do so!
They are like a bunch of mobsters working together, in a group to make you pay more, and they use differnt ways, including using documents and legal terms to scare you! Don't fall for it.
