Peoples Credit First
False advertisement ripoff

I recieved an ofer from Peoples Credit First and now I find that it is not a credit card with $5,000 on it but it can only be used for their murchandise. The letter I received made it look like I would have a credit card. It's all a big lie and I would like my money back, if at all possible.
