I am reporting this fraud it is very wrong and unethical for a person to send letters out especially with no return address claiming you have won a lump sum like that. And for them to have your name and address is very scary. When you try and contact them they keep telling you to call back.
This is not right at all and I wish there can be some kind of justice surved for the people doing this. It should not be allowed to even send something out of the state especially with no return address it could be anything
