I have been put out of work for a month now. (With no notice) my bills have stacked against me and (SPI - Advertising company) havent given me a reason for my seemingly termination. I have emailed and called this company to see if I would be able to log back into their system to book a job, but the responses they have given me have been misleading, and argumentative. I emailed this company with pay complaints because I signed a contract stating I would be paid twice a month. After a month period, I emailed and called over and over, basically begging for my check.
They blamed this on the U. S Post service. I went to the Post Office and they said that my check would be delivered on schedule, according to them; neither of my checks were delivered to them in a timely manner, delaying my check for weeks.
I have been deceived, lied to, argued with, and basically treated unfairly by this company. I was told to call the help desk with problems, I have called this system over a hundred times with small issues that have turned into something more because of the constant delays in responses, false information, misleading advertising, rude staff, voicemail ignores, and unfair employment practices.
I emailed this company and called them to inform them that I had become ill and wouldnt be able to go in for work. After a weeks time, the company emailed me back and said that they hadnt received my call or email that stated I wouldnt be in for work.
Because of this, (Which wasnt my fault because of their late responses, and other unexplained on my behalf acts) they placed me on some type of probation. When they said I would be on probation they didnt provide me with any details of when I would be able to get more jobs, and its been a month now. When asked about probation details, I wasnt responded to.
Discrimination:
I was put on probation because I became ill and wasn't able to work on three scheduled days. Almost two months later, I still havent heard from this company or my job status
