The advertisement that came unsoliticed to my e-mail was offering training and info for work - online home business...
The copy was interesting and for the price of $3.87 for S&H I would, I assumed, receive info from which to make a decision as to whether I wanted to seek further info.
.
On the 2nd page, in MOUSE Print, was the message that in 10 days my credit card would be charged for $49.95 and that to continue for each month.
Unfortunately, I read this after reading the first page and had filled in the Credit card info.
I immediately sent a return e-mail saying ABSOLUTE NO&cancel that order and
refund the intro charge, pointing out that the material would not even arrive at my address before the 10 days. I called the Utah 800 number —
and the message was to call on Monday. I did and
found that the $49.95 charge was already made... I had received nothing.'
When speaking to the young lady I was told that there was no record of my e-mail, and the charge had already been sent and that she would refund / cancel that but that there was no way they were going to refund the $3.87.
This another racket, scam, of the worse kind... Too many people want and need to make an income from home, not give a bunch of crooks money.
