I contacted this company for my relocation from Florida to GA, spoke to a very nice man by the name of Mike which requested a list of all items that were going to be moved. I provided the list of items plus gave him the measurements of the space where all this items were located which where in 2 10X10 X 9 feet tall storage units plus some pieces of furniture that where in a separate place. He took all the information and gave me a quote of $2,100. I accepted and scheduled the pick-up for last Friday June 29th. I was told that I was going to get a 26" truck and they show up on a 24" full of other stuff. When the man in charge goes to the storage units, besides not speaking a lot of english, starts by saying that the quote is incorrect because it is based on a list of items not on the measurements of the spaces (they quoted me in cubic feet because I specifically gave them the storage units measurements). He said that the person we spoke to didn't know what he was doing and that he was the owner of the company and that the new quote would be $5,000 plus another $600.00 in packing supplies, eventhough we had everything packed already. He tried and tried to make us pay him but we decided not to do it with them, 5 minutes after they left my credit card was billed for $450.00 for cancellation. This is a SCAM, they lie to try to get you to pay double or more like they did to us or they still get some money for getting cancelled. Thiefs!!! Liars!!
