I placed an order for slippers back on May 9. I had not heard from them for approximately 2 months, so e-mailed them, and coincidentally got a postcard the next day saying my order would not be shipped until August 1. They already had my money for 3 months!
I begrugingly decided to wait until August 1st. Then around August 1st I got another postcard now saying they would be shipped October 12. This was totally not acceptable to me.
I e-mailed them and told them this was not acceptable and to cancel my order and refund my money immediately since they've already had it for 3 months. I have not yet received my refund, nor an e-mail back from them (which I requested). I e-mailed them again and told them they could at least have the courtesy to respond to my e-mail, but no response yet.
How can these people stay in business!!!
