I ordered two items from www.sundaycolors.com on March 2. I was hesitant as they charge a small order fee, but wanted the items regardless. My card was charged immediately for the order.
After two weeks I searched thier site for a phone number, when I called I recieved the message that the phone was out of service, I began writing emails, which were never responded to until mid May when I threatened to file a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. During this time period between March 2 and mid May, I continued to phone and the phone was still out of service.
Magically I recieved an email from them informing me that they would credit my card. About one week later I recieved the credit.
