Ordered 20 pounds of candy 2 months ago. I have been unable to contact though e-mail, telephone and IM. There has been NO response to all attempts and messages left.
I then sent an e-mail to cancel the order, again with no reponse, but my credit card was billed on orginal order date. I have filed disbute of charges with my credit card company and filed a complaint with New Jersey Consumer Protection.
