Working for many years in Management for the the company-60h average a week. Just started a couple of weeks ago a little business on the side, well trying to, so far even did not had one customer. Business is Petsphotography and People photography. The company presented me with a paper they want me to sign that IF the company ever implant petphotography in their portfolio I will immidently quit my job with them (basically I will be fired on the spot) or I will shut down my business in that same second.
Well, how is this? I did not take any business away from them, didn't even had one suctomer anyway so far, and they don't even offer what I try to dao anyway. So, I wonder what can/should I do now? I worked my up for this company and now that, I feel very unconfortable aqnd stressed out now, because I don't even know if I will still have a job tomorrow, they might just decided to fire me anyway. I did not sign the paper yet, and when I asked if I could have a copy so I can read it at home it got me denied! Basically I been told sign now! I love my job and I am deeply devoted to it, I am very sad right now and scared.
Anybody has any suggestions for me in this matter, I highly appriciate.
