IN 2005 This collection agency contacted me so many times and harassed me up to day and continually annoy me and told me that if I do not pay them they will keep calling me and come after me and do many thing to me and make me sick and tired, I had nervous brake down with no income I had to see a doctor and hospitalized and I was afraid of them, finally I started some payment by barrowing money from family so they let me go. But they keep called me and asked for more almost double of what they want before and told me every day the interest they charging me is so high and I better pay them more and more and they never provide me with any receipt or details that who they are or how much I owe exactly for what and why or how much exactly I paid, every time I asked them to send me any details or receipt or letter they ignore me. Finally they sue me and never provide me any details.
I am tired and sick and I have broke down and low income but they keep going after me and they do not want to settle this case. They damaged my credit and I can not find a job now. I need your help to investigate why do I owe them so much interest money that is all interest only on interest? They are damaging me. They do not have California jurisdiction for collection either? And no contract from debtor or the bank they said I owe them they do not represent any bank and they do not have any details of proof for any debts.
I want my money back that I paid them by force without my authorization they keep charged my bank account illegally.
