I have not had a current problem with Kasamba.com, but the same problems keep occuring and showing up on usacomplaints.com so I thought I would help out.
Kasamba is an Israeli company. When I used to use my credit card, the bank told me to stop using it because the charges were going through Israel. I have included an article at the end of this report to give you more information about the company.
Anyway, the company lists this information on its website:

Kasamba is not a registered corporation in Oregon and its telephone number is an answering service. What this means to you?
If you are having a dispute with an Israeli company, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to recover your money unless they volunteer to give it to you. Thus, it is best to use a credit card to make Kasamba purchases. The problem with this: Kasamba doubles and triple bills and does so out of Israel. Most banks will tell you that if you continue to have problems with Kasamba that they will no longer honor the dispute, i.E., credit the money back to your account.
You could use payal, but again, if Kasamba refuses to give you your money, you will have to wait for 30 days while paypal investigates the dispute. As an intangible service, however, paypal likely will not take action.
So, what are you options:
1. Don't use the service
2. Use it at your own risk and stop complaining when they overcharge you
3. Find another "psychic" to tell you lies.
Whatever you decide to do, I highly suggest that you know going in that the psychics on Kasamba and Keen are fake. I go to these sites to entertain myself. If one of them actually told me the truth, I probably would pass out.
On another note, like another reviewer has said many, many times:
If the people on Kasamba and Keen were psychic, would they really "read" for a person they knew was going to post a bad review of them on the internet. The answer is no. They read for you because they are not readers; they are simply individuals making a living off the misfortune of others.

It is believed that success for Kasamba's IPO could pave the way for other web-based content and service companies to list on the TASE, after a long period during which the local market was not the preferred alternative for such companies.
Kasamba was founded in 2000 by Arthur Fuhrer and Inon Axel as a web-based consultancy service for doctors. The company later expanded its services in line with the changes in the market, retaining a pool of consultants providing personal advice on a diverse range of issues for a fee.

Like many other companies, Kasamba had a tough time after the bubble burst and was on the verge of closure after it had to fire all its employees, leaving the two founders on their own. The company now offers advice from 30,000 experts who provide advice on a range of topics, from psychology and finance to art, gambling and Eastern philosophy. One of the professions most in demand is tarot card reading, an art made popular thanks to the easy availability of spiritual guidance on many websites. Kasamba's model is based on consultations charged at prices ranging from just cents to a few dollars per minute. Kasamba takes a 30% cut of the income earned by its consultants.
In Kasamba moved up a stage, after a group of private investors including Gilat Satellite founders Amiram and Yehoshua Levinberg joined the company after several years during which it had virtually no business. It now employs 30 people. According to IVC Online, the company has received investment totaling $2 million, from private investors and JAL Ventures Ltd.
Kasamba has reported in the past that 500,000 surfers use its services every month. The company claims that in recent years, it has seen fourfold year-on-year growth, and ended 2005 with sales of $10 million, nearly all of which was generated by overseas customers. Kasamba expects the rapid growth to continue in 2006 and is likely to use the proceeds from its planned IPO to help realize this.
