This is a long but worth it report. It gives a detailed description of the deciet.
Item 1: current Unique "associates"- get online, go to your nearest search engine (yahoo, google) and type in "William E. Bennett SafetyPlus" This is the quote president of the company that Mr. Mingolo trained in 12 or 13 or whatever many years ago (it varies).
Anyway, check the legal reports for this company that was headquartered in Lexington, KY. Let me give you a breif run-down of the highlights. Basically, the company was shut down for many of the same business practices that are used in Unique today (soon to be executive plus).
These practices included missappropriation of funds (the $75 "security fee"; and missleading and even lying to the public. (just 2 reasons) The reason that this ex-president is not in the business any more is that he was basically banned from ever participating in any other marketing company in this 1995 ruling of the Federal Trade Commission. Please, don't take my word for it though look it up.
Item 2: why is a managers lifespan with unique so short? Why if they are making so much money do they leave within the first month or two. To me theymust either not be making any money or they cannot stomach what they are doing, or both. Although they will tell you that the manager had personel or health problems. This is bull-shit. How many damn personal problems can people have. They have the same answer for everybodys mysterious disapearance.
Item 3: Why if unique is expanding so quickly, is it not growing (putting up new offices everywhere) Ask your nearest mgr why they cannot open up Georgia, or Kentucky, or Florida. Could it be that other states will not let them in.
Item 4: Ask about the lawsuites against the company. You should get several interesting (and evasive) answers.
Item 5: Ask your manager about the company records. Well, contrary to what they tell you, there are none. They are revised every couple of months so that the current managers hold the attainable records. So if they give you a list, notice that all the names are of current managers.
Item 6: I have more info than I want to talk about now, but I will be back. Everything will be unfolded in time, just check back later for more info. Please someone try to write a rebuttal, cause I will tear it up. I know all their answeres to all the questions, I have done my homework.
