Hi,

Im not one to be a complainer but after seeing other customer complaints about 2CO checkout I thought I should share my thoughts on their service.

I was a 2C0 customer for roughly 6 months as I had them as my default checkout for my all of my websites.in the time I used their service I had nothing but complaints about them from myself and even from customers.

To start, every vendor needs to call in to their customer service department from time to time as their is always some issue that pops up or something you need to talk to a customer service agent about. I probably phoned them 10 times in the 6 months that I used their service. The first few times it seemed like I had to wait forever to talk to someone with the longest time being 50 minutes waiting online, I just figured it was a busy company (I guess there was just alot of people all complaining at once about something).. Lol Anyway when i finally did get a chance to talk to their service reps they were not very friendly and seemed most anxious to have the call completed as soon as possible rather then to here all my points on a certain situation. I found this very unprofessional and annoying as it is their job to handle customer care issues! They can alteast be polite and understanding to the vendors needs! I also was very dissapointed at how they operated their business as I was actually getting phone calls from customers saying that 2CO checkout was phoning them and asking them about my service and asking them other questions, at know time did 2CO say that they would conduct this study nor is it very professional to randomly do something like that. They are a PAYMENT proccessing company, shouldnt they be focusing on that instead of interfering with customer affairs? All in all they seem like a pretty unstable company with no values. I have had numerous hidden charges end up on my payment sheet, I have not received my full weekly payment a few times either as they always claimed to have a glitch in their payment system that was always on the verge of being fixed. I never received my reserve money either as they kept it along with the thousands of dollars of fees i had to pay to them aswell as they are not a very cheap company to deal with. At the end of it, after me complaining a few days in a row about something just out of the blue they shut my account down and at that time i just said to hell with it and I found a new processor and left them and all their "issues" behind. I reccommend to new customers needing a checkout to find a solution thats cheap and has a good track record, although the signup fee of $49 for this service was cheap I still feel that i got ripped off as I DID not get my $49 dollars worth with this service.
