Buyer BEWARE! We recently tried to purchase a home in Reading and Jan Triglione was the sellers agent. We were advised that the house didn't get water, possibly a puddle or seepage. The day before closing we went to see the house, however we were given wrong keys and Jan didn't answer her phone, on the night before a closing? When our realtor saw the house the next morning we had 5 INCHES OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT! Jan advised that the sellers would not do anything for us. After two weeks of battling we finally got our deposit back. Meanwhile, we have had to move our pods twice, rent a space and buy clothes for our children to start school. We have incurred many extra bills and alot of emotions for our children. Besides that fact that we are now homeless.
THE KICKER? She has listed the house again, the same price and nothing in the disclosure! DO NOT BUY THIS HOUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT. Apparently she does not need to follow the laws that other agents do! Buyer beware!!!
