On 09/27/06 I placed an order with a young man (at my home) for storybooks for my grandson. The young man said he was trying to make money for a school trip.
I paid $34 by personal check. On 01/01/07 I emailed the company requesting information. At that time, they assured me my books would be delivered soon.
On 04/05/07 I once again emailed the company asking for refund. To date, I have not received my refund. It has been 8 months since I placed my order. I have reported this to the Ohio Attorney General's office, BBB and my apartment complex manager (I don't want my neighbors to get ripped off).
I thought I was helping a nice young neighborhood boy... I was WRONG!
