We placed an order for some pony and doll hair, rather, I placed the order, for my Daughter, and weeks later, still no parcel. This seller now insinuates I am not who I say I am, yet someone else. My paypal account and my credit card are both in my name yet they send emails saying I am not him. They say parcel shipped - and that is that. Now I filed a dispute with my credit card company directly, however this has ruined a show my daughter was supposed to be in.
I have seen another report tonight, and funny thing, this seller blames another person as well, refuses to accept the fact the service they offer is non existent and stinks. You cant take money and not send items, and then blame other people. Kristina Amantula sounds quite paranoid, with the accusations. And the threats and emails dont stop.
Do not do business with dollyhair.com. And watch below - the seller will leave a rebuttal full of excuses saying it is not her! When we have all the proof needed here! Poor service - vile service!
