Called first time and left on hold for an hour. Called my credit card company who helped me contact them. Still nothing has changed and this is now the third month this fraudulent charge appears. I phoned again, on hold for 1/2 hour.
Called again, told that my a/c was successfully cancelled (not true) I would have to speak with someone in "Corporate"to fix the billing. On hold again, and again. Nicole, from Corporate, finally said I need to fax her information to get these credits to go through. They will not give me a physical address.
Never received credits due, now in dispute.
Please help get this company reported for fraud!
