Long and short of it, these people have a great looking website and good marketing copy. That's where it stops. Working with them was perhaps the worst customer service disaster I have ever had.
Their site talks a good game and they do not deliver when they say they will. As a matter of fact, with me, even almost a month later. There was no product in sight. No product and hollow excuses was all I got.
I've wasted too much time with them, so this review will be concise and short, and it is only posted to keep other honest people like you from falling into the trap of these unethical and dishonest people.
Last December, on the 3rd I ordered $1,100 in calendars.
Their site promised a three to five day print time and then delivery time. All-in-all it was like a seven to ten day project.
Three weeks later, still NO calendars. I called them, and their wonderful customer service response was a voice message saying, "We're not taking calls due to our volume of orders."
Every few days I would ask them about my order. They said, "we're using a new pritner. We're doing the best we can. We cannot give you a delivery date and so on. We're not sure, and so on."
No remorse, no respect for the customer. Their customer service skills are at the opposite end of any reputable company, period.
Finally, after they did not deliver three weeks into the order, nor could they tell me when I would get what I had paif for three weeks earlier, I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office in their state.
The next day it was conveyed to me that "The president of the company had cancelled my order and I was barred from any future business with them." Like I would WANT to do business with them!
Due to their EXTREME lack of satisfactory business practices, I called my credit card company and backed out the charge.
Last month they accused me of "stealing" as they claimed they had issued a return before I had my bank back out the charge. Not true.
Plus, they still charged me for the proof... Which EVEN before they printed it, they promised to make changes in files. Not only did they not do that, they sent an incorrect proof. Then had the supreme business stupidity to charge me for the incorrect proof.
I got a letter from my bank today that said my $1,100 had been returned minus the $40.00 for the proof which I 'failed to return."
They NEVER asked for it back. Oh well, this in itself is reflective of their lack of integrity.
Bottom line. Their site is appealing and talks a good game, and if you want what a site promises, RUN. These guys are a HUGE SCAM!
They are printing services at its worst!
