For the past 8 years, I have ordered photo calendars though Kinko's / FedEx, going to the local store to do so. This year, I ordered my calendars online... BIG mistake. The quality of paper was extremely inferior. What I am use to (card stock thickness) has been replaced with barely over copier paper quality. And, the price is the same...$19.95.
Either use Snapfish (my next year's choice) or go to a local Kinko's... Do not order these online. Customer Service rep was very apologetic, but unfortunately, could do nothing to remedy or correct the situation... Shame on FedEx!
