Called Directv to purchase TV. The salesman we talked to agreed to what channels we would like to have. He agreed we could do what we wanted. Then when the person came to set up the equipment and tried to start it, he was told that we didn't have the program set up. After several frustrating minutes on the telephone we could not get the channels the way the sales person agreed to. After we settled to get almost everything, we had to make multiple phone calls to get all the channels agreed to.
I consider this a bait and switch when the sales person promised one thing and the company does not accept this arrangement.
