My husband was contacted by usa credit about online shopping and rebuilding his credit at the same time. He was called on the phone and started to go ahead with, but told them no he'd changed his mind.
A week or so later our checking account was debited 79.95. Since we did not know about this, we had other checks out. I'm am the only one working right now, he's on unpaid medical leave. I have 2 children and very tight finances.
The other checks were small, but thanks to usa credit, we now have over 300 dollars in overdraft fees for small checks that would have been fine. They credited our account back after my husband threatened to go to the bbb, but I'm still stuck trying to fix our account and suppory 4 people.
