On March 20, we received a call saying that DANKO was out of our toner and that Jennifer would call or fax to confirm she was sending toner instead. Our owner was gone out of town and we assumed she had ordered toner from DANKO, our regular provider, so when Jennifer called, she said that Mark, our Danka technician, had called her to send toner. After our owner returned, we found out she had not requested toner from Danka, or anyone else. It was apparently a scam.
