I bought a television on the 19th of march and tried to return it less than 24 hrs. Later due to damages that hhgregg employee caused to the television.
I did not realize that there was damage done to it until it was plugged in then you could see that the inner screen was broken the outer plastic has no damage so there was no way to see the damage until I got it home.
I paid cash for the television because I just buried my husband 3 months ago so I did not want a bill to pay monthly. I thought that this big screen t. V would take my 8 year old daughter and 12 year old sons mind off this for a while.
Well to my surprise when I tried to return the television the manager said that the damage had occured during the removal of the t. V from the box and I told him that his employees had removed it, not me, they loaded it into the back of my SUV and it was not removed until I had help and it was never dropped by me!!!
I need help I can not just give them over $1200!!!
