My Dad has been dealing with health and memory problems for quite some time. He was recently hospitalized and the family started looking over his accounts. We found a $33.00 debit from his checking account to Liberty Classic Catalog. We called the number given and we were told that he was charged $33.00 for NOT ordering from the catalog. They would not give us anymore info. Of course, Dad has no recollection of this. His bank tells us this debit has occured since June.. This is as far back as they can check. We have no idea how much money they have taken from my Dads account. Is there any way we can recover this money?
