This company will try any and every deceptive practice to get you to order their product. Our call stated that they had gotten my daughters name from Mr..., actually knew her school counselors name. Stated that my daughter had expressed interest in study material for the ACT test. Again lied about money back guarantee. This has been going on since Sept. 2006. Product was returned unopened withing 30 days.
Mr. John Stewart, probably fictious name, confirmed receipt of returned merchandise. No credit to my credit card every received, contacted my company and filed a dispute.in a three-way conversation with Pricilla, also fictious I'm sure, with CPC, and my credit card company, Pricilla told me if I cancelled the dispute they would immediately issue a credit to my account. Never happened.
I then had to fax College Prep Ctr a letter from my credit card company confirming that I had cancelled the dispute. Did that, faxed to Sarah, waited 30 more days, now they say I have to talk to Mr. John Stewart again. Well it is obvious that I will never see my $119. Please, Please do not deal with this Company. I don't know how any of them sleep at night.
