My wife purchased some magazines from CRC of Raritan Valley in Dec '06. For the next 4 months we have received none of the magazines we ordered, we received other magazines. Finally, after 4 months I found a phone number where people actually answer (732-750-4554 if your interested).
I contacted them and they would not talk to me because I was not the one who placed the order. My wife called and they said they would have to contact the publisher of the magazines, blah, blah, blah.
My wife and I both called her on 3-way and the lady would not talk to her because I was on the phone, then she hung up on us.
I am forced to block the charge to my account because the 23.94 that they take out each month will continue to come out. Of course i'm sure the next step will be that they report us to collections, but I refuse to pay for a product I am not receiving and I do not owe them any money anyway, they owe me.
So far I have paid them $94.76 for magazines that I do not want and did not order.
The president of the company is Paul G. Smith Jr. I would love to speak to him personally and give him a piece of my mind.
