Door To Door Storage And Moving
Did not honor quotes obtained over the phone. Did not credit back the

January, February -

Got quotes from door to door for dropping off 2 pods (containers) at my house. Prices were $45/mo/pod, $129 for delivering the pods to the new place. The agent said that was specially discounted rate, which was true, considering their normal charges.

When pods were delivered, the bill showed that the above had been charged at a much, much higher rate. Called and talked to customer service, ended up cancelling w/o any charge, agreed both by myself, and the agent's manager there.

Pods were taken away. The credit card charges were not credited back. Called several times, the manager there always agreed that charges *should be* credited back, but that just never happened. Finally, manager stopped replying to my calls.

I had to have the credit card company put this on dispute, and refund my money.
