Phone contact with sales pitch, even if on National Do not Call list. Wants to post property listings for sale but charges immediately after you hang up—Says they will send a contract for you to look at. Charges even if you refuse to sign and return the unsigned contract. Harrasing phone calls if you dispute the charge.
Claims they have a contract as they "recorded your phone call" beware of this slick scam company as they promise unrealistic prices for your property and post bogus pictures of property on their website without your input or permission. Have had a long and disgusting dialog with them and my credit card company. So far not resolved but credit card charge as been disputed.
