I found Global Replica on the internet and placed an internet order for one replica Breitling watch in June. After receiving an e-mail confirmation, I was phoned by their sales mgr., and informed that they only accepted phone orders and used USPS c.O.D. For payment. I ordered two Breitling replica watches @ $225 each.
After receiving my shipment and paying c.O.D. Fees of $450 I discovered that Globals shipment was incorrect. They had sent three watches none of which were Breitling replicas. I phoned and spoke with their Sales Mgr., who assured me that Global would correct this error.
For the next three months I phoned Global over sixty times to follow up. All but three of these calls were received by an answering machine. Not once was one of these calls returned. I did in fact make contact with Globals' sales mgr. On three occasions. His messages to me were, " don't worry, we've been in business for ten years ", " don't worry, life is too short to worry ", that I could make substitutions if I wished, and that I could return the product and get my $450 back.
Finally in Sept 06, I returned the watches to Global and in being consistant with their previous performance I have never received a refund from them.
Please alert an prospective customers that dealing with this company can be an ordeal and perhaps expensive.
