Durango mall management is the most unprofessional business I have had to unfortunately deal with in my life. If you need anything resolved with this company I suggest you report to someone other than the General manager or his secretary who is incapable of having and adult conversation. Name calling and rudeness is the only thing this company brings to the table besides a mall which isn't worth even looking at.
