Key Stone Publishing / Utah Weddings
I inquired of this company to advertize with them. I was informed in March that the cost would be 600.00 to have our company link and pictures displayed on there web page. (They are suppose to have the industries leading web page designer working for them) In January I again inquired and now the price is 850.00 for the same space and advertising.
They promised monthly a list of persons using there service which we could e-mail directly. This list changes monthly and has (per them) thousands of people requesting information on the services we provide.
They also promised a readable web page with 5 pictures of our choice on it, of our product, and a discription of our services.
They also promised information on upcoming events, Shows etc. That would help promote and grow our business.
On Jan 8th we contracted with them and sent as requested 1/2 of the total payment for there service. We also sent them pictures of our product and font and style of how we would like the page to look for the advertisement. On Jan 11th we were sent a sample of how the page would look. The font was not readable at all and only 2 of the 5 pictures were used and they were not in the correct position. We spoke to Ryan and asked if this could be corrected. He said with the form they use they could change the font to something readable but not our original font. They could put the pictures back in but any more changes there would be a charge. (this is the master website designer) (HA what a JOKE) We informed him to make those changes and that would be fine.
No changes have ever been made and the page still looks like CRAP. We sent numerous e-mails and called several times to have this fixed or corrected, only to get the silent treatment. To this day they have still not responded to us.
The List with Thousands of potential clients on it, they promised, has never shown up with no explanation on how to get the so called LIST. The notices of shows events and information that will help our business grow, never seen that as well. We will never send them the other half of the 850.00 because they have certainly not earned the first half. This Company is suppose to provide a service to not only its business partners but its clients.
So far the only service I have seen is they have become very adept at RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.
