Last month Jcom Skymedia called and requested we renew a local add. They indicated to my brother that we do this advertising each year. A few weeks later a guide book arrived with no indication of where it came from and no add for our company in it. Then a week or so later an invoice for $409.90 showed up and had the company name wrong. I immediately called the number to report the error on their part and a very unfriendly lady stated it was to late to change the order or cancel it. I stated that I was the only person authorized to make advertising decisions and that no such authorization was granted.in addition the book did not even the advertising they supposedly sold us. I again stated they are to cance the advertising and if they wanted the worthless book back they could send the shipping company for it. They have since sent a fax with a letter and invoice, still the company information is incorrrect. I have reported this incident to the Idaho Attorney Generals office.
