This individual misrepresents himself and product through TV ads. He has welders making the doors but they were of very poor quality and never have fit properly. The woodstoves are not made there and he does not meet EPA regulations on the paint. He purchases cheap paint at Ace Hardware. He also has a variety of Oasa violations and recently had an employee lose his hand due to a fan not having a mesh protective cover. When going to his business my nostrils were burning from the smell of marijuana smoke.
I then say a very short young man and one with dredlocks smoking pot by the back of the shop. The secretary told me that he layed off employees that had been there for years, and hired unskilled people at a lessor wage. Thus it is understandable why the quality of his products are inferior.
After numerous calls, I have never caught him at his business and am taking a loss, rather than trying to deal with someone that has such an unfit work enviroment in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. The way his business is run and the employees are treated he would be better off taking his business to Mexico.
