First of all, there are too many problems to even make reference to here. Just Stay Away from them.
Besides all of the problems others have noted, I have had some major issues with money. They told me I would pay 6.95 a month for an additional computer usage fee. This is now 34.95 because of the location of my computer in my house. I have spent endless hours trying to fix this. They not only didn't fix it, they also added other fees. They added the 6.95 to the 34.95 to total 41.90. Then they charged me for a cable modem (that I have owned for 6 months, purchased at best buy). Did the fact that they didn't send a modem to me make them think twice about charging me for one? Of course not. They do everything they can to screw everyone out of everything they possibly can.
Keep in mind, this is just an example of how they cheated me. I currently have 51 in my account because all of my earned salary for two months is currently being held hostage by this huge scamming company. I will do what I can to prosecute, but mostly want you to stay away. I only did business with them because they are the only available in my area (convenient, huh?). If COX is the only option, do as I do now... Go without and stay the HELL AWAY!!!
