This is just to note that in Kelly Smith's response to my original complaint, my personal home address was listed. This was in violation of proklean's own so-called privacy policy, which states:
"You may order directly from this website with complete confidence.
The ProKlean™ Companies guarantee the security of your personal information. We do not trade, barter or sell any of your information. Your personal information is secure.
Period."
This is not even clearly posted on their website, but had to be searched on their sitemap. Their policy can be viewed at http://www.iloveproklean.com/privacypolicy.html
My personal information was removed only when I reported these violations to both The Squeaky Wheel and Proklean. I do not know who actually removed it because Proklean did not respond to my email requesting removal.
Bottom line is... Another example of the lack of integrity the I Love Proklean company displays. Be careful in your dealings with them, who knows what else they might do with your data.
