We prepaid 525.00 for a pet burial, but when our dog passed away, we called and left a tonof messages but no one ever called us back, and 3 weeks later the animal hospital called and said our dog needed to be picked up, or cremated or else they would dispose of him. So we paid 197.00 to have him cremated. We then called Evergreen Pet Cemetary and left another message requesting a full refund, and they said they were new owners and we never paid them anything, so they would not refund anything. We have all of our recipts and the easement certificate, but that did not seem to matter to the new owners. We have filed a report to Lisa Madigans office, but they did not do anything, we filed with BBB but again, nothing. I need some help.
