The address on the received envelop was

Deparment of Publice Relations and Award Confirmation Plaza

But the return address envelop stated a different
P.O. Box
P.O. Box 34692
Kansas City, MO 64116-0692

And the person that signed it
was a Paul Bishop Prize Office
