I had a workers compensation case where my attorney that I hired was to get me out of that job place as soon as possible, instead the way it ended up he kept telling me I could not resign do to the more surgeries and this and that,
I also had head injuries a head trauma, this attorney also did not file any safety orders even though this machinery and the practice of my company has gotten a few dozen people hurt on this equipment, but I repeatidly told him he had to get me out do to our retirement plan,
You see everyone new it was about to colaspe, he kept telling me that he had it all under control, nothing to worry about he had all the documents on it and new the cituation and he was working with there attorneys on it,
I tried talking with other attorneys but the code of ethics would kick in and no one would say anything or give me any advice.
Well upon the conclusion of the case my attorneys did not tell me that I could not get medical coverage on these injuries now nor would I be able to collect my much needed retirement funds of $401,000 that is now lost due to his neglectful, misleading, and his own personal gain from my case.
This firm did not even send me to good doctors on my behalf, as if they were afraid to make the oposing attorneys mad.
I feel that there main concern was how much they could make without puting any work into it even though it cost there client, they did not try get get anything else for me,
I had to reject and make him add things to my settlement which took several more days to do, I thought that was why I got a attorney for, I mean he didn't ask or try get anything for me
